I am specialized in Energy Law and contracts. I assist companies and private and public bodies in the energy sector and in the development of projects for the construction of new power plants and plants for the production of energy from conventional and renewable sources. I have developed a profound experience regarding the rules and problems relating to the regulated sectors of electricity and gas, in the preparation and negotiation of “strategic contracts”, such as procurement contracts (EPC) and “operation and maintenance” contracts (O&M). Special attention is dedicated to the field of renewable energy. In-depth knowledge of the Italian stock exchange market. Trading and consultancy on the optimization of the purchase and sale of electricity on intraday markets and ahead through the use of algorithms guided by artificial intelligence.

Gennaro Demetrio Paipais

He assists and advises companies in corporate compliance with reference to organisational and management models pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231 of 2001 and the supervisory body.
He graduated in law at the University of Naples Federico II, where he was first elected as a faculty member and then as a Board Member.
He furthered his studies at the same university in Juvenile Criminal Law and Integrated Criminal Sciences; he obtained a Master’s Degree in “Model 231: drafting, company compliance and Supervisory Body”, organised by the Sole24Ore Business School in Rome.
He was appointed Coordinator of the Commission for the Internationalisation of Made in Italy and the fight against counterfeiting, of the Naples Bar Association.
He was elected member of the Equal Opportunities Committee of the Naples Bar Association and President of the Young Criminal Lawyers Union.
